Was lucky enough to see the Bill T. Jones Arnie Zane Dance Company Performance of Serenade The Proposition here in Asheville a few nights ago. It felt like a very pure mix of an ancient and modern way to tell a story. So moving, so absolutely beautiful. This will give you a small taste of the work that was inspired by the nature of history, Lincoln and Bill T. Jones’s own life. Stunning, stunning.
